MOM'S DAY OUT  Although
we call it "Mom's Day Out", Our
Savior is
offering an exciting opportunity for parents and guardians to let their children
spend time in a loving, caring and spirit-filled environment.
The program is open to all children, regardless of creed, race or national heritage. The child must be at least twelve months of age and
must not be over kindergarten age. Goals for the Child:
• To provide interactive opportunities for children in a setting designed to
promote the development of wholesome social relationships.
• To provide appropriate play experiences that contribute to the developmental needs of the child.
• To provide opportunities for meaningful play that is based on the child’s individual needs,
interests and abilities to build important foundations for future reading and other academic skills. Goals for the Parent or Guardian:
• To provide loving and concerned care for the child while the parent or guardian pursues work or other activities.
• To provide opportunities to meet other parents, guardians and teachers who
share common concerns for the interest and needs of their children. Goals for the Community:
• To help meet the needs of the community for an early childhood care and education facility.
• To contribute to the wholesome growth and development of the future citizens of our community.
• To enhance the role of Our Savior Lutheran Church as an integral part of the community as part of the Church’s mission of loving and serving all people.
• To provide a setting where people of various religious and ethnic backgrounds can work together for a common interest.
HOURS: Monday through Friday, 8am-2pm. We follow the public school schedule
for holidays. SUMMER
CAMP: June-July. Open to school-aged children and younger.
